Orders placed on business days are processed within 24 hours. Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $35; below that, a flat $4.95 rate applies. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened items in original packaging. To start a return, email hello@everwellsupply.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving back to us. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund it — no return required for damaged goods.
We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order — name, shipping address, email, and payment details (processed by our PCI-compliant payment providers; we never store card numbers). We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing. Transactional emails are sent for order confirmation and shipping updates; promotional email is opt-in only and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.
